VB ENTERPRISE 4.0 ORDERS

VB Enterprise 4.0 Orders supports Web-based ordering of serialized security labels directly from any label supplier (following a security assessment and certification by Verify Brand® and software deployment). Users can order labels for either a specific product or generically. Each user has a filtered view allowing them to only order labels for products that are designated to their site. Users are then able to view their order history and trends.

Optionally, an approval process can be utilized within Orders such that an order is not processed until a user with the appropriate role approves the order. Additionally, product value can be associated with each label so that the value of each order can be tracked and reported. Label suppliers are able to utilize the pick and pack workflow provided through UID Management Client Workflow to manage the pick-pack process to ensure the correct number, quantity and style of label are selected, packed and shipped to the designated location.
